1. Parties The Homeschool Legal Defense Association, hereinafter referred to as “HLDA,” and the undersigned party, hereinafter referred to as “Client.”
2. Scope Services HLDA agrees to provide legal defense and support services to Client in matters related to homeschooling, including but not limited to legal representation, advocacy, and educational resources.
3. Term Termination This contract shall commence on the date of signing and remain in effect for a period of one year. Either party may terminate the contract with written notice to the other party.
4. Fees Payment Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for the services provided by HLDA. Payment shall be made in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the fee agreement.
